RETREATS & RESIDENCIES
RETREATS & RESIDENCIES
I cook for wellness, yoga, and creative retreats — creating seasonal, intuitive menus that feed people in every sense of the word.
Whether you’re hosting in a studio, a country barn, or a hillside in Spain, I’ll meet the rhythm of your retreat with calm, thoughtful food.
FAQs
-
I typically cook vegetarian or pescatarian food, inspired by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Ayurvedic principles. Menus are seasonal, nourishing, and designed to support the energy of the retreat — whether that’s calm, creative, restorative or celebratory. I'm also happy to accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice.
-
Absolutely. I’m used to working around a variety of dietary preferences and intolerances — I just ask for clear details in advance so I can plan a balanced, satisfying menu for everyone.
-
Yes. I’m Jewish myself and can accommodate all levels of kashrut. I’m happy to chat about your community’s needs and what’s possible within the retreat setup.
-
A kitchen (ideally well-equipped), a rough daily schedule, and a guest headcount. I can help plan around what’s already available on site — I’m used to adapting! I’ll also work with your local suppliers if needed.
-
Definitely. I love offering relaxed, hands-on sessions as part of retreats — whether it’s a class on pasta-making, mezze and dips, Ayurvedic cooking, or a workshop focused on intuitive kitchen confidence.
-
I’m based in London but I regularly travel for retreats across the UK and abroad. Travel costs and accommodation would need to be covered, and I’ll always aim to keep logistics simple.
